The first leaves of this microgreen start as 6 (3 each side), which gives it a curly look. Stems are white.
Flavour - The leaves have a flavour like its going to be spicey but tricks you with a sweetness. Hint of liquorice, radish, wasabi, and cardboard. If eaten in a bunch there is a mild spice to it.
Harvest - Day 8-10
Nutrients - Iron, Folic Acid, calcium, Vitamin C, E, and A. Seeds contains arachidic and linoleic fatty acids.

Curly Cress Seeds
Micro-Cress seeds have a gelatinous membrain on them. Best to mist these seeds with water 3-4 times a day for the first week or until the roots have settled into the soil.
Please keep seeds in the freezer until use. This allows the seeds to hybernate and keeps there germination strangth up.
Once seeds are planted spray with 5% hydrogen peroxide mornign and night until seeds start to sprout.
