Radish Red has a variety of dark green with dark purple edges to completely purple leaves. The stems are a nice cariance of light to dark purple. These Microgreens grow very fast and have a nice sweet spice to them.

Flavour - The leaves have a very mild radish flavour with a little sweetness and very little to no spice to it. The stems on the other hand have a nice crunchy texture which starts off sweet and slowly brings in the heat of the radish.

Harvest - Day 6-10
